Damaged Or Defective Products.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product then please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

Standard no-fault returns

1. Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
2. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
3. The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Bencro LTD's premises.
4. For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form and clearly attach the resulting form to the outside of the goods.
5. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
6. Refunds don't include delivery charges.
